As the CFO at Unioo, you will play a central role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, operations, and compliance. You will help us translate our numbers into concrete actions. With an understanding of finance, IT, and operations, you and your team will be key players in Unioo's international growth.
You will be a close sparring partner to the CEO & Founder, Martin Have, and take on a role that is both operational and strategic. You will be responsible for a small team, so experience and interest in leadership are a plus.
About Unioo
Unioo was founded in 2020 by enthusiasts with a passion for associations and volunteerism. Our mission is to transform the way we manage organizations and volunteer work by developing tools that make running associations easier and more enjoyable. We have also developed a KYC tool for financial institutions to help them manage their association clients and assist the clients with reporting to the institutions. The company is experiencing rapid growth, and we are expanding internationally.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accurate financial reporting, including consolidated reporting and P&L.
- Conducting business analysis and driving financial planning and budgeting to meet economic and operational goals.
- Acting as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO to align financial and operational strategies with the organization's overall goals.
- Overseeing and managing customer relationships with financial institutions.
Your qualifications:
- You have an analytical and strategic mindset, a strong drive, and enjoy getting hands-on. You thrive on diving into data and numbers to find solutions and improvements.
- You have a solid understanding of controlling, accounting methods, and financial processes.
- You are interested in integration and automation, with strong analytical skills and an understanding of data, including artificial intelligence.
- You preferably have experience from a similar role in a scale-up SaaS company and thrive in an active and operational role. You have proven that you can dive into relevant details, create an overview, and deliver results.
- As a person, you are a strong communicator who makes your colleagues better, and you know that success is achieved as a team.
