What is Unioo?
Unioo is a software company that has developed a board and compliance tool that does two things:
- It helps Danish financial institutions collect legally required data about their association customers
- It helps volunteer associations throughout Denmark manage their board work and their members.
We specialize in digital security in this area and are dedicated to helping enthusiasts in all corners of Denmark. We have built this passion through spending a lot of time in volunteer associations ourselves. Currently, we have about 20 financial institutions on board and many thousands of associations, and we can see that it's going to be a lot more fun with a lot (!) more very soon! Everyone on the team always comes up with good (yes, sometimes brilliant!) ideas for further development of the system and the company in general, and we place great emphasis on ensuring that each employee has the opportunity to pursue their ideas, develop further, and have good opportunities for continuous skill improvement.

Who are you?
- You are motivated to develop the core product for a tech startup, where your skills, together with those of other developers, help drive the company forward and take everything to the next level.
- You can balance between hardcore development/technical details and being an accessible sparring partner for the rest of the team when it comes to development and quality, support, idea development, and motivation.
- You focus on strategic planning so that what is developed and time is spent on now is as sustainable as possible in the long term.
- You should be ready to handle and improve Unioo as the system is now, as well as take responsibility for developing new features.
- You should be passionate about a startup culture where not many processes are fixed yet, where there is ongoing change (especially in the beginning), and where everyone contributes openly.
Qualifications and background:
- Experience with Modern C# and Entity Framework
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiar with Version Control, preferably Git
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience with Angular (v15)
- GraphQL (Hot Chocolate)
- Experience with and interest in system architecture related to large and complex applications.
- Skills in database systems (we use CockroachDB)
- Experience with k8s (Kubernetes)
- Experience with volunteer work - maybe have been or are currently on a volunteer board
Other:
- You must be able to thrive with having great responsibility for your own time, be good at prioritizing your tasks, and be proactive in your task resolution.
- You must be able to see the meaning in and be motivated about our product.
Education
If you have an education as a computer scientist or computer engineer, that's fantastic, but as long as you are good at what you do, the education is secondary. If you have a portfolio in software and development, we would like to see it.
Salary and start date
Salary is agreed upon based on conversation. It would be fantastic if you can start as soon as possible (but we'll take what we can get).
